Do not leave vehicles unlocked and keep valuables out of sight, the organisers & the venue accept no liability for loss or damage to personnel, equines, vehicles or goods. It is mandatory that you have your own 3rd party liability insurance . Competitors must wear correct riding clothes and hard hats, correctly fastened in 3 point and to the correct standard (EN1384 or BSEN1384 along with another standard , BSEN1384 & PAS015 (1998 or 2011) / PN1998 and BS Kite) to be worn at all times whilst mounted.
