CBF boasts a private fitness suite packed out with the latest gym equipment and functional training tools. We also offer a purpose built fitness studio which offers over 30 of the latest action packed group fitness classes every week.
All of our fitness classes, inductions and training programmes are carried out by fully qualified fitness professionals with years of experience. Our team also includes two reps level 3 qualified Personal Trainers who are on hand to work in a one to one or small group basis to help you achieve maximum results.
We believe that by approaching each of our members/clients on an individual basis that we offer the finest personalised service available.

Our first HIIT STEP workout went down a storm this morning. Next session is Friday morning 6:45am. We will be adding this to the timetable very very soon.
Today we are spinning at 10:15am and 5:30pm with a beginners Spin at 6:30pm. Book a bike now and get your sweat on.

Well the snow didn’t stop this bunch on Friday night. Another awesome themed Spin class by Marc. This time it was the Oscars and as always Marc put on a dazzling performance along with his glamorous cast. Keep an eye on our page for the next themed Spin coming soon.

BOOTCAMP IS ON TOMORROW - Saturday 9am. We’ve dug our an area for a circuit which will be followed by some fun in the snow. If you fancy acting like a big kid in the snow then this ones for you. Non members welcome. Make sure you dress appropriately, hats, gloves, layers and trainers with good grip if you have them. See you in the morning.

Due to our car park now being inaccessible due to abandoned cars we are closed for the rest of the day. We plan to open as normal tomorrow however please check on here for updates or by calling us on 01436675403 before leaving. Enjoy the snow day.
We will be open as normal from 7am tomorrow (Thursday). If you are planning on coming along to the gym please take caution especially on the roads. As it stands all classes are on as normal however this will be assessed in the morning and we will update you of any cancellations/changes. Stay safe.
