The Buddhism concept, An experiential eight week course, monthly on Sunday. Start on Sunday 5th November at 5:00 pm This course has been designed for those who would like to know How to use Dhamma(Buddhist' s teaching) in daily life. Week 1: What is Buddhism, Week 2: History of Buddhism, Week 3: Dana (generosity), Week 4: Sila (precepts), Week 5: Bhamvana (type of meditation), Week 6: Samsara (The cycle of rebirth), Week 7: Karma (cause & affect), Week 8: Candle of Peace (no class,activity instead), Programme; Introduction: 15 minutes Strengthening Meditation: 45 minutes Break: 15 minutes Tea and biscuits served afterwads Dhmma talk: 30 minutes by teaching monks Group sharing: 15 minutes Q&A participants will be giving feedback in class on their experiences from practice.
