Helensburgh Bowling Club was established in 1861 and is one of the oldest lawn bowling clubs in Scotland. We are a warm and friendly club, come say hi! First Year Membership is just £50 for new players over the age of 21.

Free coaching is available to members, from our qualified club coaches.
Function Hall available for hire

Despite appearances, Bowls is a form of exercise that provides physical health benefits such as improved fitness levels and improved coordination. Bowls also can also improve mental health in the form of improved confidence and social inclusion.
*** Try Bowls 2018 *** The 2018 season is just a few weeks away, and with the start of the new season comes the return of 'Try Bowls' where members of the public can and try the game of lawn bowls for FREE at the club. Lawn Bowls is one of the core sports at the Commonwealth Games and with this being a Commonwealth year, now is the perfect time to 'try bowls'. Like and Share to spread the word!!!
