WE HAVE IT DELIVERED TO THE PREMISES FRESH EVERY DAY FROM OAKS FAMILY BAKERY IN ST LEONARDS WE THEN SLICE IT TO THE "DOORSTEP" SLICES WHICH WE SERVE. BREAD IS BAKED IN THE BAKERY EVERY NIGHT THEN DELIVERED DIRECT TO US HERE AT SIZZLERS FOR USE TO SERVE LITERALLY A FEW HOURS AFTER LEAVING THE OVEN. THE ONLY TIME WE USE OTHER BREAD IS BANK HOLIDAYS WHEN THE BAKERY CLOSES OR IF WE ARE DOING OUTSIDE FUNCTIONS AND STANDARD SLICED BREAD IS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER.
