Annual Memberships £40 Adult, £25 OAP/Disabled, £10 Junior, There is a £10 joining fee for new full members. details call pips tackle 01429 276216 Hartlepool and district angling club was established in 1949 and we have just celebrated or 60th anniversary. We are proud of our well stocked and maintained still waters and stretches of rivers available to our members. We are dedicated to offering great fishing venues that have a well balanced and diverse species stock, we believe in our fish welfare and ensure they have the best environment to live and grow by our continued fish stocking when required and work parties to ensure the best water management. We strive to provide pleasant and clean venues to fish . Our club is open to all members of the community and we welcome all without discrimination or bias. We have strong ties to the community and regularly hold charity matches to benefit our local chosen charities. We have a strong membership but are always looking to expand, especially introducing more junior members to our noble sport.

For those who don't already know, our club Chairman Keith Hewitson passed away on the 22nd August. His funeral was well attended by family, friends and club members. The club will be donating £200 to the Seamans mission in Teesport that Was close to Keith's heart. Keith joined the club in the early 50's and has held many positions such as treasurer, secretary and an active chairman for the club. He has been instrumental in everything to do with the club for as long as we can remember, in both conservation and legal issues. Keith regularly turned up to working parties and fished the occasional club match and strived on making the club what it is today. It is with great sadness we announce this news and you will be sorely missed. Tight Lines Keith, from all at HADAC 🐟

****CAR BROKEN INTO**** Yesterday (11/7/17) there was a large hole cut in our fence at Tilery lake, Wingate. A club comittee member had thier car window smashed and a chair stolen. Police have been informed and we are dealing with the matter very seriously. This is the first time an issue like this has occured and we are appealing for any information or witnesses to contact us directly. Can all members please be vigilant in the mean time. Our water is private property, anyone using the land that is not a club member should be reported immediately to one of the numbers in your club cards. This includes dog walkers and people passing through the land. We will be reparing the fence at the soonest opportunity. We strive on providing a safe environment for our members to fish and no one should have to put up with these scumbags.
