**FUNDAMENTALS** We still have a few spaces remaining on our next fundamentals intake starting this coming Monday at 8pm. The fundamentals will run the Monday, Wednesday and Thursday all at the same time of 8pm. We run this over three sessions to ensure you are given the time to learn and understand the movements so you can transition into our regular classes with confidence. Want to know more? **KIDS CLASSES** Our kids classes run every Saturday Over 10’s - 11am Under 10’s - 12pm £3.50 per session with no booking required. **PLEASE NOTE** We are considering running a half term kids club which would run Monday to Friday of the February half term. I already have a list of interested people but if you would like to be added to the list please just comment below. A decision will be made this weekend depending on numbers if this will run. **NUTRITION PLAN** We still have limited spaces available for the next intake of the Nutrition Plan starting week commencing the 5th. The time slots are 10.30am on the Monday and 6.00pm on the Thursday. To all those already registered for the next intake it would be really helpful if you could come and get weighed prior to your start date so that your plan will be good to go on the day. We have the following times available to be weighed - Monday between 8.45 and 11.15am Thursday between 9.30 and 10.30 or Thursday between 5 and 6pm. If you would like to know more about the 21 day plan please drop me a message. What’s included - ✅A plan tailored totally to each individuals needs - we take all the guess work out for you. ✅Weekly seminar to educate you on where you are going wrong and q&a session ✅A plan that works around a busy family life ✅3 Options to choose from - fat loss, performance and bulking ✅On-line support group. What a weekend! We just want to say how massively proud we are of Rhys. From the moment he stepped out on the floor yesterday he gave everything, 110% 💪 I would just like to say for me personally watching Rhys walk out on the floor was such a proud moment. Less than 2 years ago I met him as a chubby, shy young boy 🙈 who has now turned into a serious contender in the CrossFit field. You took everything in your stride....even those dreaded pistols! 😱 Thank you for letting me be part of it Rhys! To those that made the long journey to support I know Head Coach Lisa and Darren would like to pass on their Thanks. We often talk about ‘community’ in CrossFit and it’s a word that gets used a lot without much thought about what it actually means but I think our pic speaks for itself! **NUTRITION MAINTENANCE PLAN** Due to such high demand we are now going to offer two sessions for the maintenance plan 👍 These will run on a Monday at 9am and Thursday at 5.30pm (30 minute session). These sessions will start week commencing 5th February 😁 This will be an opportunity for a weigh-in, tweak plans, learn about ‘guilt free cheats’ and if necessary and an opportunity to answer any questions you may have. The Maintenance Plan will run for 5 weeks at an introductory price of just £20! (Usual price will be £30). If you would like to reserve a spot please drop me a message so I can add you to the list with your preferred session time. I will be taking cash in the Box from tomorrow to secure the space.
