We are an established Harrogate based family run company specialising in the supply of Marble, Granite and Quartz worktops, cladding and flooring. We’re a well respected company supplying to both the trade and public alike
Our premises in Follifoot, just a couple of miles south of Harrogate incorporates our extensive showroom which is ideally located within easy access from Harrogate, Leeds, Wetherby, York and the A1.
The Complete Package
With the addition of our new showroom, our experienced team of craftsmen can now offer customers a complete interior package including quality, robust handmade timber kitchen furniture, bathrooms and home office furniture which compliments our extensive range of natural and quartz-based stone materials. This has made us a popular choice for projects such as hotel refurbishments, servery countertops and luxury properties. Some of the projects we have supplied to include Emirates and City of Manchester Stadium, Westminster Palace, a number of 5 Star Hotels, over 200 apartments at Salford Quay, Manchester and many prestigious properties throughout the UK.[/one_third]
During the spring of 2010 we introduced a number of more modern and contemporary materials set to be the new trend for this decade. We have recently launched the Radianz Quartz worktops by Samsung which are exclusive to Atkiv Design in Yorkshire. We also supply Diresco Quartz and Technistone Quartz together with our impessive range of Granites and Marbles.

Good afternoon all! My, my.. haven't we been busy! 😊 Today, Aktiv Granite has completed its first install of a brand new material to the market, Lapitec! Lapitec is a form of sintered stone far more superior than anything on the market to date. Stain / scratch / heat resistant, it is recognised as the next generation in work surfaces. Perfect for worktops and cladding with a beautiful range of colours and finishes to choose from. Late last year, Aktiv were invited to a training course at Lapitec's very own manufacturing facility in Italy. Our machines capabilities were checked and we are now one of a select group of approved fabricators for the new Lapitec product. Since then, we have tweaked and tested areas of our manufacturing process to accommodate this new material and this is the result... We are recruiting...SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR Full time position 39 hours PW £8.00 - £10.00 PH dependent on experience. After initial training period: will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9 – 1. Due to expansion we are now looking to recruit an Administrator to primarily support our Sales function. The role will be varied from being first point of contact with customers, office administration to interpretation of technical drawings. In house training will be provided but would be an advantage to have some knowledge of AutoCAD or drawing packages.
