Don't you just love it

Not quite ready yet but jolly nearly there. So keep an eye out for when we are ready to swing the doors open to the world. Since opening we have grown and grown - out of our skin in fact. So Leigh is restyling the existing shop to showcase all his framing. It will be dedicated to the framing business. He will be offering some additional solutions to the standard framing of today so do pop in and see what it is all about. Meanwhile I am going to slip next door and join Ella our Upholsterer. We will both have our studios there. My space will be where you come for decorative paint technique courses, commissioned painted work and if you fancy somewhere to work on a furniture project there will be bookable space for you too! Ella will be working in her studio creating curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery solutions of all kinds. Quite a flurry of activity we will be! You'll find my painted furniture available for sale. Or if you have a favourite piece that you would like me to breathe a new lease of life into so that it fits your lifestyle now, then I can quote you a price to make that happen. You can also make a working appointment to chat about a project you want to develop and practice the technique and colour combination. Naturally we will still be selling Annie's lovely paints and products. They will be accompanied by samples of finishes and ideas about how to combine colours and fabrics to make super spaces in your home. I have already put in motion a number of additional workshops and courses and over the next few months will establish a routine you can join in on in our lively community hub. So, welcome to our new studio and prepare yourself to be galvanized into action making fabulous finishes for your projects. Thank you all for coming to our Annie Sloan Essential Techniques workshop yesterday. It was a fabulous morning and I hope you enjoyed learning as much as I enjoyed teaching you all! The next one will be held in my brand new studio space next door. Can’t wait to get going in there.
