With a wide range of classes open to all levels of both fitness and experience. From MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing, Metafit, Boxercise, Strength and Conditioning, and kids classes, there is literally something for everyone.

The young team are back fighting in September 👊 Lewis, Lexa, Mustafa, and Aiden are heading down to Falkirk to compete on the 7th of September. This will be Lexa's first fight and Lewis' warm-up fight for the World Championships in October. There's gonna be a squad of us heading down to support and all are welcome to join- lifts are available and tickets can be purchased for £20 from reception.
More medals for the BJJ team at the weekend as Harley and Craig managed to take home 3 golds between the 2 of them at the Blackpool Open. Well done guys. We were also proud to have contributed to Rio Grappling's second place overall in the competition.
Well done to coach Chris for receiving a massively deserved promotion to purple belt last night. One of the most knowledgeable and talented blue belts around, this has been a long time coming for Chris.

Very well done to Ghillie, Lewis, and Nayel who competed in the Elite BJJ Junior World Championships this weekend. All 3 boys done us proud, competing at a very high standard against tough opponents. Special mention to Nayel who grabbed double gold in what was his last ever junior event- we can't wait to see him tear up the adult divisions.
