FREE MINDFULNESS CLASS: Geoff Hunt, Professor of Buddhist Ethics and Buddhist Chaplain, University of Surrey, Guildford, UK will teach a free 2-hour introductory class in Buddhist Mindfulness on Friday, 14th July 2017 in Woking, Surrey, UK. SUMMER RECESS: There will be no Guildford Community Sessions in July 2017, as NBW is taking a recess. That is, no sessions at Quiet Centre or The Spike on 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd July. However, Community Sessions will continue as usual in Woking on Wednesday evenings and Walton fortnightly Tuesdays. You will be welcome to come instead to Woking and/or Walton.
