Guildford Wellness Centre is a Wellness Coaching business that incorporates Herbalife Nutrition range as part of the client wellness package. We offer our clients a wellness profile that looks at their body composition, offer advice on how to improve their nutritional intake, make changes to their lifestyle to improve their health and wellbeing, set appropriate goals and put together a plan to achieve them. We also run community wellbeing and weight loss classes and Fit Club fitness sessions. Along side all of this we are passionate about coaching, training and supporting new Wellness Coaches in the community. Guildford wellness Academy was founded in 2010 by Phylicia Andre, Since the academy launched we have been able to help hundreds of clients achieve their personal health & fitness goals. With the launch of the fitness arm in 2015, the academy has seen phenomenal growth and the team has grown to meet the increasing demand. We are now able to offer full services to our clients including the best nutrition programmes in the world, support and wellness coaching and if desired by our clients fun, fast acting personal fitness support.
