We are looking for talented and qualified Instructors to work with us here at Grendon hall who, have the experience of working with school children but are mature enough to adapt to a more varied client base. We are looking out for instructors that wish to develop their knowledge and skills set even as they help us develop our Outdoor activity programme. Roles and responsibilities will include; - Leading a broad range of activity sessions for a variety of different groups. - Liasing with school staff to promote and develop good working relationships and ensure that every school’s programme is tailor made to suit their needs. - Ensuring that best practice and relevant health and safety guidelines are adhered to. - General centre duties as tasked by a senior instructor/centre manager and the completion of a duty shift (extended paid day) at least once a week (during peak season) - Attending training and courses which will help enhance the experience for children and young people linking activities to education and social learning. The position will require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and all applicants must have an in-date first aid qualification before being considered for employment.
