We are open Monday - Saturday and teach Pole Fitness,Aerial Arts and Stretch classes to all levels. From Beginners right through to Advanced +.
We also run Bootcamp and Ladies Only Kickboxing sessions.
Kids dance, Pole and Aerial classes are also available
We are a very friendly and welcoming school and love having new people coming to join the team!
We also offer parties, private lessons and workshops.
