Townfield Care operates two Residential Homes and a Domiciliary Care Service (Home Care). We have been a active part of the community for over 35 Years. Townfield house and Sherwood house have refreshed our 6 steps in end of life care programme. 6 steps is a course run by East Lancashire hospice which guides us to ensure we provide the highest quality of end of life care.
