Vectra 1.9 F40 gearbox destroyed! As many of you know the F40 gearboxes in the Vectra C are pretty much bomb proof But this has taken some serious abuse to cause this and the drive shaft being completely stuck, hence being cut off in the end.........

BMW 320d In for timing chain replacement These later 2.0 diesel (n47) engines in the bmw suffer from upper chain guide failure, these timing chains run on the rear of the engine! (Behind flywheel) Broken chain guide filled the sump and oil pick up, we replaced the complete upper and lower timing chain kit and oil pick up with genuine BMW parts We also replaced the dual mass flywheel and clutch kit with LuK parts & carried out oil and filter change Video in the comments shows where the chain has been running against the chain guide bolt where the guide should be!

Astra Z19DTH Van in for Replacement Turbo This high mile trooper finally gave in after spitting the shaft out the turbo & all the engine oil into the exhaust on the M25 causing a huge smoke screen 💨💨💨 It’s done remarkably well now covering 208k, remapped at 160k and is driven hard daily and turbo age unknown when it was remapped Back on the road now good as new 👍🏼
