First start-up of another project approaching completion. We built this Supra over 10 years ago having 800hp plus nitrous. She’s back for an update with GTX turbochargers, big plenum/DBW, Syvecs ECU, custom 4" exhaust etc. It should be good for around 1100hp plus nitrous. Can’t wait to do the mapping!
Anyone using the Bosch Motorsport drive by wire throttle body? They’re a great piece of kit but can be annoying due to the lack of lip that would prevent boost hoses blowing off. We’ve resolved that issue by machining a a groove in them which we now offer as a service!

New year, new R&D project! We've just started work on maximising the Ford 3.0 V6 Duratec performance. We've already done a fair amount of work but need to find another 40hp which entails an increase in air flow and engine speed. We've cut up a standard cylinder head to get an understanding of where the water jackets are, how thick the port walls are etc. The next stage is to establish how much larger we can go with valves.

Icing on the cake today. This Seat Leon Cupra R was a big project that we built earlier this year. We were unable to gain full standard ECU control with the usual mapping tools so we elected to go stand-alone with the G4+. So far so good!
More custom exhaust manifold manufacturing using a billet collector. Beautiful and functional!
