Description
Wyndham Park in is one of the very best in Britain - and that's official! The park's town centre location next to Grantham's Riverside Walk means it's hugely popular with visitors and local alike. It's South Kesteven District Council's aim to provide a park which is not only welcoming but safe, offering a superb range of activities and experiences to suit all ages.
We have been a "Green Flag" park since 2012. This is a UK-wide mark of excellence for parks and gardens and winning the award means Wyndham Park is recognised as being amongst the best in the country.
Grantham's Wyndham Park Forum and South Kesteven District Council have received support from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) and the Big Lottery Fund.
The funding is for a project aimed at restoring the park to its former glory as a First World War memorial park and be one of the district's finest assets.

We are looking for additional volunteers to support our Visitor Centre. If you can spare a few hours each week or month, then please contact our Parks Community Engagement Officer J.ashworth@southkesteven.gov.uk Or pop in to our Visitor Centre. We particularly need volunteers for Saturday and Sunday 10-1 or 1-4. 😁
Our splash pool area will be closed for cleaning tomorrow (Wednesday 7 August) to ensure it's in tip top shape when the sun reappears 🌦💦

Join us at Wyndham Park Visitor Centre for free dragonfly related crafts and activities. The British Dragonfly Society are with us today and tomorrow from 10am - 4pm. See you there.
Unfortunately our Visitor Centre will not be open tomorrow (Saturday 13th July) due to volunteer availability. Please do still pop by the park this weekend and take advantage of this lovely weather we're having! 😊☀️
Good news! 💦 Our play pool splash area is open again from 9:30am to 5:30pm every day! Unfortunately we have had to limit the time the pool can be open in the evenings due to an issue with the automatic valve system which we are looking to fix ASAP 😊

Wyndham Park Visitor Centre is delighted to welcome an exhibition of paintings by Kesteven Leisure Artists Society. The exhibition will be on show from Monday 1st July until Saturday 31st August. The Visitor Centre is open Wednesday to Saturday 10am – 4pm ⏰🖼

Once Upon a Time in Wyndham Park........ a magical setting for our fairytale production of 'Into the Woods". A musical spectacular performed live with an 18 piece band. There are still tickets available for performances on Saturday 6th July, at 2pm and 7pm. £10 and £8 concessions, available on the door or from the Guildhall Arts Centre box office. Bring your picnic and favourite tipple. Chairs are available to hire for £1.50. See you there for a truly unique night out 🌟 🦄
