Firstly, thank you so much for supporting our organisation by becoming a Tomcat trike owner. We are committed to you and hope to provide a solution that will enable everyone to enjoy the freedom of cycling, no matter their physical or neurological disability. We have been approached by the prestigious University of Gloucestershire to work on a research project to investigate the benefits of cycling for young children with special needs, in comparison with other means of furthering their independence (i.e. wheelchairs or walking frames etc) The university is looking for volunteers to take part in the study and this is where we would like you to get involved and participate in the research. It will require some level of commitment, however, our understanding is that it would not take up too much of your time. If you would like to make a difference and take part in this research project then please email our Marketing Manager at nazia@tomcatuk.org expressing your interest. Many thanks in advance. We would like to recognise and congratulate the inspiring young people who care for someone in their day to day lives. At Tomcat UK we observe, listen, understand and make it our business to assist you with whatever your challenge may be. If this means designing a new innovation to make it possible for a family to cycle together, then that is what we will do. Helping Tatiana and her family is just one of the ways in which we support #YoungCarersAwarenessDay “We bought a Tomcat trike for our son Josh and it has given him the independence we thought we could only dream of. He loves it so much and it gives us so many opportunities to enjoy being outside as a family, including Josh’s siblings who do tend to miss out. Thank you Tomcat, from the bottom of our hearts!” https://tomcatuk.org/innovations/
