Description
Established in 1992 to design and manufacture industrial control panels and systems. We have such a deep ‘talent pool’ of resource available, they can cope with a wide range of applications across areas such as industrial process control, mains distribution and building management systems, championed by our own ‘Unique 5’ monitoring system and supported with commissioning, specialist installation, maintenance and repair departments.
We are proud of our highly trained workforce who have unrivalled experience of electrical systems and the skills to control and monitor them. Using powerful CAD software the team designs complex panel systems quickly and accurately and, by applying Severn Controls’ modular approach to panel building, can also accommodate any size or complexity of control system for virtually any installation – industrial, commercial or retail.

Completed on time one 2500A MCC complete with DOL starters & 3 x 300hp VSD`s, one PLC panel & one remote HMI panel destined for Finland!!

Just a few projects going through the workshop this Month: We have a PLC panel and a combined MCC/Switchboard destined for Finland, A full set of M&E panels going to a water damaged retail store in Chester. And last but not least a power monitoring panel being built for a retail store in the Bullring Birmingham.

Another Dorman Smith LV switchboard built on time and ready for dispatch to a retirement village in Inglewood. It comes complete with manual mains generator changeover, 200 kVAr power factor correction and a surge suppression unit.

Just another busy day in the workshop at Severn Controls.....We Have on the go: MCCB boards C/W power monitoring, Trend BEMS panels, Cylon BEMS panels, DCP panels off to multiple retailers, oh and last but not least...DC converter panels that are destined to be installed on navy mine sweeping ships!!!
