Julie holds the Iyengar Certification Mark, which ensures that she has the high standard expected to teach. After attending yoga classes for over 10 years, Julie took her 2 year teacher training and has continued to Intermediate Junior level. All Iyengar teachers are expected to maintain their professional development each year to quality for continued use of the Certification Mark. She is in our studio every Tuesdays at 7.15pm beginners welcome all the time inbox to book xx and we are very lucky to have her ❤️❤️❤️
Try out this HIIT circuit I've put together specifically targeting core strength and stability. ✅ Completed in under 15 minutes ✅ Adapted to all fitness levels and ability ✅ No equipment needed ✅ Can be done at home Take note this circuit has 3 levels of difficulty and intensity as shown (low, mod & high). Prior warm up and stretching required. Workout: Attempt a total of 4 rounds Start top left and work across (crunches > mountain climbers > plank > burpees) 30 secs per exercise Max rest time after each round 30 secs The idea is to progress the difficulty/intensity throughout the workout to suit you, not try and do all 3 versions in every round.
