Description
Teaching mindfulness & relaxation to all ages and providing Speech and Language Therapy training and support for children from 0-18 years. Saturday groups, private sessions, schools & charity groups in East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire plus others. Relax kids is a unique 7 step program used world wide to relieve anxiety, boost self esteem and provide children with the skills to manage their own mental health well being.
Sessions can be provided within schools/ nurseries/ children's groups or as a private family or 1;1 session within the home
