Happy New Year to all of our fabulous contributors, volunteers and supporters! We’ve had a fantastic time this year, getting more involved with the local community, and we will try and make it even bigger in 2018 with more superb events planned! Our Christmas Disco is this Friday, 4pm ‘til 6pm, with lucky dips, competitions and lots of fun on offer! There’ll be a face painter on hand to help with any outfit upgrades so send them along in their best festive attire and leave the extras to us!

Following the success of our Halloween Disco, Twydall Community Centre is delighted to be hosting its first Christmas Disco on Friday, 15th December. Start time: 4pm End time: 6pm There is no need to book - just turn up on the day! £3 entry includes a cup drink for kids and a tea/coffee for their grown ups. Pic ‘n’ mix, popcorn and soft drinks will also be available to purchase. Please share the event far and wide!

Fancy something a bit different for your christmas shopping this year? Twydall Community Centre will be hosting its first Christmas Craft Bazaar, where a wealth of festive delights will be awaiting your perusal. Refreshments, such as tea, coffee, mince pies and bacon rolls will be available to purchase throughout the day. Entry is from 10:00 (sellers from 09:00). If you are a crafter, looking to sell your creations, please contact Janet at pinkdukebox@aol.com for further booking information.

With All Hallows' Eve fast approaching, what better way to celebrate than a fangtastic, fun-filled Disco! Ghouls and ghosts are invited to attend our haunted hall from 4pm on Friday where there will be games, dancing and prize for the best costume! Entry ticket also provides a free cup drink for kids as well as one free hot drink for their grown ups. Additional refreshments will be available for purchase. There will be two categories for best costume: 5 and Under 6 - 10. Prizes will also be awarded for the best dance moves! Looking forward to seeing lots of you there!

If you're looking for a spooktacular event to keep your little ones entertained this Half Term, come along to our Halloween Film Club on Tuesday! As always, your little ones' entry includes a free cup drink and a free tea/coffee for their grown ups with other refreshments available to purchase. The first showing (11.30 am for a 12.00 start) will be the fangtastically fun Hotel Transylvania. This showing will be suitable for younger children (ages 1-5+). Our second showing (13.30 for a 14.00 start) is the hilarious Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus. This film will be suitable for older children (ages 5-10+). Please come along to support us or share with those who may be interested!

We have unfortunately had to move the date of our 2nd ladies' night from the 21st October to the 28th. We will be screening Magic Mike, starring Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey, at 7.30pm. Please arrive between 7 and 7.30 for a prompt start. As always, refreshments will be available to purchase alongside your complimentary glass of Prosecco!
