Vauxhall corsa diesel had a Dpf blocked to the point he was told that no garage could unblock the diesel particular filter. The filter was that blocked its popped off the pressure sensor hose pipe from the exhaust filter. The fault was caused by a faulty glow plug that had not displayed any fault on the dash until the ecu was scanned. reduced the soot content down to 0% soot. The customer had his car back within 3 hours plus saved him self £££ where he was told he will be looking a paying for a new Dpf filter that would of cost a fortune plus labour charges. 2014 citron relay DPF clean

2014 Citron Relay 2.2 Diesel was in limp mode due to the vehicle doing shorty runs, this cause the customers vehicle to go into limp mode including regeneration overdue. Reduced the soot content with the Terra Clean DPF cleaning fluid, once the levels were reduced the vehicle was ready for a forced generation. With these type of vehicles you need to keep these over quarter of a tank due to the customer leaving it under a quarter of a tank this could cause the regeneration to stop any regeneration or not for Fill it cycle of maintaining the vehicles DPF filter. AUDI A4 DPF REGISTRATION

Had my friends beautiful Audi A5 3.0 diesel particulate filter regeneration due to high soot content. Lowered the soot content from over 50.61g soot down to 8.84g. Before there was a code displaying particular trap bank 1 blocked. Pictures to follow for the before and after images

Mercedes C 2.2 diesel booked in for a diesel particular filter clean. Scanned ECU and found that the differential sensor had failed causing the DPF to block. Advised customer to get an original differential sensor from Mercedes. Cleaned and cleared the Dpf, soot content was down to 0% after the clean. Customer had his vehicle back with 2.5 hours with a smile on his face. 2010 Jaguar XF with a fault showing on the ecu high soot accumulation by 65% full. This had block due to customer doing short miles round her village. The customer had the Dpf clean recently, it was still full from the previous clean and the garage could not perform a re-gen. When I tested the Dpf the soot accumulation was 65% full. Customer booked in for a DPF clean after he paid £200 for a kit of the Internet that didn't work, the customer returned back to me two weeks later and asked me to clean his DPF.
