Week one of five...gentle knee hugs & a few leg extensions to develop joint awareness. Working up to "Series of Five" - modified where necessary - over the next five weeks. You will feel stretched & strong not to mention a sense of achievement!

Great to be back to Pilates after the school holiday/Easter break! Revisiting Pilates techniques during this weeks sessions - using our posture to create resistance to stretch out tired muscles & release joints.

Pilates Dance-Fusion! A 45 minute class not for the faint hearted! Get your heart pumping and improve on your strength and mobility with this fun and effective class! Start out with a pulse raiser using mildly choreographed barre/dance movements, followed by some Pilates intermediate/advanced movements on the mat. End with some yoga-inspired stretches to develop mobility in all the right areas. It is recommended all participants should be at least at improvers level and have the understanding that although this is a faster paced class, principles of control and precision should be applied for safety and effectiveness. £20 for 4 weeks (paid in advance as a block) run every two weeks (with an add-on class in case of missed sessions). Dates are Saturday's 19th March, 2nd April, 16th of April and 30th with add on on 14th May. Time is 9-9.45am. Book with Leanne 07922670651 lrpilates@yahoo.co.uk. Max 8 participants.
