facebook.comThe first event of the new season at the Mill is a special Mill Session for the Fleet Reflections project which has been running during the last year. The project has produced new songwriting inspired by the landscape, history and culture of the Fleet Valley National Scenic Area. During a series of workshops hosted by Gatehouse songwriters Alan McClure and Susi Briggs, the valley has come to life in an eclectic collection of songs by an eclectic collection of songwriters. The concert is at 5pm on Saturday 24th March in the Mill.
Lunch on the Mill terrace yesterday - 2nd November! Not bad for November and the perfect place to be. The Mill Café remains open until 22nd December, 10.30-3.30 every day for light meals, snacks, coffee and cake etc - do drop in.

Cally Gardens - looking good. Michael Wickenden would be very happy to see it looking so well cared-for. The Mill on the Fleet now has an exhibition on his expeditions and also a selection of some of the art work he brought back from his travels - in The Bookshop Gallery at the top. Do call in to have a look - it adds another dimension to the Gardens and also highlights what a good photographer he was and how truly special his plant collection is.
New venture in the Mill Café this Friday evening 30th June. In what we hope will be a regular feature every couple of weeks or so the Mill Supper Club will offer themed cuisine from around the world.
