***** DUNDEE ***** ***** KIM OGILVIE GROUP ***** A fundraiser was the cause for today's group, AND they completed the 5km course (sorry about the tyres, lol). Some of them were competitive, others just glad to finish, but the teamwork was fantastic and the laughs - just see the photos. Thanks for coming (especially those who travelled from Peterhead!!!!) *** SAC Edinburgh *** Today we welcomed a fitness class from tayler made fitness. They are doing tough Mudder this year and we're looking for a taster/fitness session and they did an awesome job of the obstacles and challenges we gave them.

SAC Ayrshire assault course Tough mudder training rigs now open. Brand new assault course opened today. . New tough OCR training rigs. Cat 5 skill level (toughest) Who else better to trial them than Scott Brown Fitness team SBF . They done so well and showed true grit and determination. As there moto says "clear your mind of can't!"
