Description
Essie Suffolks, based in the North East of Scotland, produces high Index suffolk shearling rams for commercial and pedigree flocks. Also known as H6. Established over 30 years ago, our closed flock consists of 100 ewes and by carefully selecting growth and confirmation traits in our breeding programme, all our ewes are in the top 25% of recorded suffolks.
In 2011 & 2012 Essie Suffolks have bred the top Recorded ram lambs, with a record 7.03 Terminal Index in 2012.
