Today is our last day of this years Gala. Our last event will be a Gaming Tournament in the Clansman Bar in Commerce Street from 12pm until 4pm. There will be a Mario Kart and Pokeman Tournament WII U. Super Smash Bros WII with the opportunity to play a Pokeman TCG. Come along and try your skills. Prizes will be awarded.

Fraserburgh Gala is having an Artists Challenge today at the Fraserburgh Leisure Centre at 10am until 12pm. There is Pre School, P1- 3,P4- 7 and Academy Age. Prizes will be awarded. There will aslo be a Baby Competition at 1pm until 2pm. Tbe catagories are 0-6 months, 6 - 12 months,12-18 months. Prizes will be awarded for all age groups and also for the Trendiest baby , Bonniest baby smile and overall winner. We will also have a prize for the Bonniest Twins.

The Fraserburgh Gala will be holding a Churches Together Service today in the small hall at the Fraserburgh Leisure Centre from 2pm until 3pm. All are welcome to attend. There will also be a Childrens Disco in the small hall today from 4pm until 6pm. Entry is £1 per child. Prizes will be awarded to the best Boy and Girl dancers.

Good Afternoon Folks... It's been rather quiet on the Gala page for some time now. We have been working hard this year to bring attractions, events and more things to the town. We had hoped at the start to make this years Gala bigger then ever and with more for all age groups within the community. Due to the fact that our small volunteer group has been reduced significantly this year, due to personal reasons, family commitments and other things. We have been unfortunate in securing the events and attractions, we had hoped to bring to the Broch this year as well. With this in mind we will strive to bring you the Gala this year. Although it will be smaller. I'm afraid it's the be best we can do. We are hosting an Adult Bingo Night and Kids prize Bingo in May. Details of which can be found on the page and flyers will be handed out in town later this week. We will be hosting an Artist Challenge, Baby Show, Sandcastle Competition, Disco, Churches Together Service and Gaming Tournament in July as part of the Gala. Details will be available on this page and via posters/flyers available in local shops. As a result of this years activities and uncertanty. We have however taken the time to start planning early for next years Gala. We have made headway in securing a great event with a special surprise. I would urge the public and followers to bear with us this year and continue to show your support for the Gala.

Last night Fraserburgh Gala had the great pleasure in presenting a cheque to Fraserburgh Rotary Club for the Festive Frozen Fraserburgh Event. This event is something we fully support and is something to whole community will enjoy.
