Just to let people know that The Country Folk will now be playing at The Cross House Inn in Formby on Easter Sunday, 1st April and not on the 31st March, as previously mentioned. Our start time will be approx 8.30pm, so we hope to see some of you there! Feel free to wear your best country gear!!

We had a lot of great talent last night at our open mic night. Welcome to our newcomers and to those returning singers. Thank you for your participation. The audience were treated to some fabulous music. We do hope you come back and join us in the future.

We had a lovely Valentines Day at the Gild Hall. Plenty of singers this month who entertained us with a variety of love related songs. Hope to see you all again next month on the 14th March.

We had a rather small, intimate gathering at our Open Mic last night. Not sure if many of our regulars may have been suffering with the viruses going around and if so, get well soon. Initially, we had no floor singers but we coaxed a couple of acts up to give us a few songs. The Country Folk were happy to sing an extra set to complete the night and we hope the audience went home happy. It was a very relaxed evening. Our next Open Mic will be on Wednesday, 14th February at 8pm, which is Valentine's Day, so come along and we may even sing some appropriate songs. 💕
