Summer driving restrictions in Europe (as advised by the RHA): In addition to normal driving restrictions the below will be in effect…. The below applies to vehicles over 7.5T AUSTRIA – Every Saturday from 02/07 to 06/08 from 1000hrs to 1500hrs. 05/08 from 1600 to 2200hrs and from 20/08 to 27/08 (inclusive) from 1000hrs to 1500hrs if the destination is Italy or another country to be reached via Italy FRANCE – Every Saturday from 23/07 to 20/08 from 0700hrs to 1900hrs and then from 0000hrs to 2200hrs on the Sunday (NB Driving is Authorized on these Saturdays from 1900hrs to 2400hrs) GERMANY – Every Saturday between 1/7 and 31/8 from 0700hrs to 2000hrs - BUT only on certain stretches of Motorways and Truck Roads (Please let us know if you require specifics) We have information on other European countries, details can be provided upon request.
