RELAX, breath out. allow your face to relax, jaw slightly open. eyes closed, breath in deeply through your nose, fill your lungs,hold. blow out of your mouth, as if you are blowing up a balloon. empty your lungs. hold. repeat this twice more, on the third breath out hold the breath and relax allow yourself to breath quietly,gently & CALM. now your breathing is 'STILL' & CALM', relax for as long as you can. ;) Helping you to overcome fears, phobias and anxiety (not just dental related) using relaxation techniques such as hypnotherapy and indian head massage.

GOOD NEWS REPORT: Life Arts Mind Body Spirit Events Chris Cozens held it's annual Chelmsford weekend festival in aid of Helen Rollason Cancer Charity - HRCC This year it raised an amazing £2,646. A BIG THANK YOU to the 1322 visitors who attended and the about 150 people involved on exhibition stands, helping and donation raffle prizes, workshops, demonstration, time and effort behind the scenes such as Mrs Chris and her staff! *Diary date for next year 3-4th June!*
