Meet the Team Our Sous Chef Daniel has gained a huge array of expertise over the last 20 years - including a 3 year stint at a Michelin Starred Restaurant. What do you like about working at Farnham Castle? Working at the Castle is great fun, we have a fantastic team of chefs and we all work really well together. Being able to provide excellent quality food to our guests with care and attention makes it all worth it – plus making our guests Weddings extra special is something I’m always proud of! What are you looking forward to in 2018? We have some brilliant events coming up over the next few months. The team and I recently created the menu for our Valentine’s Dinner so I am really looking forward to everyone enjoying our wonderful food.
