Strength-Tec Gym was set up in 2007.
it's run by Rob & partner Tasha who both coach & compete...everyone's welcome no matter how skilled or strong !� The Strength-Tec Gym was set up by Strongman Rob Frampton in 2007.
It holds the largest amount of Strongman Equipment on the South coast - the Heaviest Atlas STONE (240Kg) has only been picked up twice!
With Logs, Atlas Stones, Fingal Fingers, Appollon Axles, Read/Sqat machine, Super Yoke, Viking Press, Gigantic Wheel Barrow, Tyres from 400-500Kg, Car Deadlift Frame, Cireas Dumbells, Farmers Walks, Frame Carry, Free Weights, Smith Machine, Power Racks, all manner of Grip Equipment and an Arm Wrestling Table!
