Description
The Stubbington Ark is the focus for RSPCA local animal welfare services covering 400sq.miles including the Portsmouth and Southampton area. Self funded charity, our prime purpose is the rehoming of displaced animals. We also provide welfare veterinary work for eligible animals; rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife; work experience placements for appropriate students; commercial boarding for dogs to support our welfare work: Help and advice on all aspects of animal welfare.
Mission Statement: Our aim is to rescue any animal from cruelty, neglect, accident or misfortune and provide them with an opportunity to enjoy a better life
The Stubbington Ark supports and maintains the objectives, principles and policies of the RSPCA and seeks to improve the welfare of animals by its own actions, by promoting responsible pet ownership.

If you like training dogs then Honey might be the dog for you! She is just 7 months old and needs a family who will continue to socialise and train her. Honey can be wary around strangers but once she has made friends she enjoys a fuss. She will need lots of mental stimulation as well as physical exercise to help her from becoming bored. She can live with other animals and calm children over 10 years.
The small animal unit is in need of shredded paper for all the small furries. If you have any please pop it into the shelter
Here is a video of what our hedgehogs got up too at night! They have all now been released back to the wild, but we set up a camera at night to see how active they were.
Marabella has gone missing from Copnor. Last seen on Sunday so please keep a look out and contact us if you find her
Missing parrot - please keep a look out for him. Originally missing from Cowplain but seen on Saturday in Denmead
