Race entries...two weeks left for Treggy 7 (£12) on Sunday 3rd September and I've opened the book for the Truro Half (£15) being run on Sunday 17th September. I will close Truro on 29th. Steve.L.

Roy here. Good luck to the FRRs running at St Levan tomorrow evening and those taking part in the RAT at the weekend. The Saturday social runs over the next two weekends (12th & 19th) will be from Bissoe Bike Hire Cafe leaving at the usual time of 9.30am. I am away for those days and so I will sort out some alternative venues when I get back. Watch this space for details of the annual Peddle & Puff which we run in conjunction with the Falmouth Wheelers. A provisional date of 15th October has yet to be confirmed.

Hello there. Jules E here. Im sorry but I wont be at the club for the next two weeks so hopefully young James (wolfman) can take over. I believe Jules W is also away. Looking a bit wet today but get yourselves out into our lovely countryside. I would suggest groups tonight but with lots of people away on their hols an out and back might be better. Good news on the IQ half at the weekend. Lots of good results and PB's smashed. Remember to stay hydrated and dont forget your stretches to stay injury free. Cheers n gone. Jules E. Tomorrow....I will be at the club but not running so for race entries you will need to see me before you run. I am currently taking for "Treggy 7" (Launceston) on Sunday the 3rd of Sept. I also have a few spaces available for this coming Friday..the St.Levan 10K. I like playing with numbers etc., and have noticed that where there are several runners (male) who have done 8 GP races but there are also a few more who are very close...but races are running out! I'm sure you know who you are but looking at who has entered St.Levan (the shortest race left) there is then only Treggy, a "half" and a marathon left! So...the next two "short" races may be better?😉 I will have the list with me and hope to have a similar one for the ladies. Steve.L

FRR runner of the day!!👍👏 Her first ever "half" at Indian Queens in just a shade over 3 hours...well done. Others pictured post race (in warm conditions) which saw FRR's come in in the following order....James (1hr 20ish?) followed by Robin and Pez with Rosie bringing the ladies home (I think?) First ever half for Bob and Diana and first race for the club for Clare.
