I am looking forward to starting the new year with all my students tomorrow at the new time of 6pm at Bengeworth Academy.

Classes are over now until 2018 and I wish all my students a Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year. Classes resume on Monday January 8th at Bengeworth Academy , Burford Road, at 6pm. I look forward to welcoming you back.

It is the British Wheel of Yoga Festival on November 11th. If anyone wants to go log on to the BWY website. It is always most enjoyable and a way of experiencing a variety of teaching styles.

I enjoyed my First Aid Course and am looking forward to returning to classes on Monday!

The first class in our new venue was very successful. The venue is warm, well equipped and has good parking. There is plenty of room if you are tempted to join the group.

I am starting my classes again at the end of September and have a few places available in my Monday evening group which meets from 6.30 to 8pm. Classes have finished for the Summer and there is only the Summer School to attend now until September. Enjoy the break and I look forward to seeing you next term!

Classes end in 4 week's time and there are places on the Monday evening class In Evesham.

Summer School dates are out. It's a good way to keep your practice going through the break and to experience different teachers in the area.

We had our Yoga Teachers' Meeting today and enjoyed comparing notes, exchanging ideas and suggesting reading/ courses to each other. My classes re-start on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th June and we are working on balance and moving from sitting to standing this term.
