There are four cottages situated in the grounds of Blackhills House. They are particularly suited to people who enjoy secluded countryside walks. The 70 acre woodland garden with lochans, burns and rare plants is a particular attraction. There is a tennis court that is available for the use of guests. Short breaks are available in the low season.
Local facilities include golf courses, riding, fishing and the Moray coast. There is a pottery studio in the grounds with a showroom for retail sales.
