The Wee Sing Choir and Music School
Description
Fun children's choir for children aged 5 to 12. Monday nights. Hunter House, East Kilbride. Primary 1 to 3 - 5pm to 6pm. Primary 4 to 7 - 6pm to 7pm.
The Wee Sing Choir was founded by Caitlin Hollinger. Caitlin is a local voice and violin tutor with over 10 years of experience. She has a Bachelor of Music with 2:1 honours from Napier University and has extensive choral experience including: founder member of The National Youth Choir of Scotland and National Youth Chamber Choir of Scotland, member of the Napier Chamber Choir and current member of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra Chorus. She is also currently the Assistant Conductor with the Lanarkshire Cecilian Orchestra and Conductor of the Blacklaw Primary School Choir.

Unfortunately, I've had to cancel the senior class this evening due to the weather. Better to stay in and keep warm everyone. Hopefully classes will run as normal next week. ❄️❄️❄️

Very much looking forward to the Wee Sing Christmas Concert tonight. The children have been working hard all term and it should be a really great night. There are a few remaining tickets if anyone would still like to come along and are a steal at only £2 each. Calderwood Baptist Church. Doors open to the audience at 6pm. Hope to see you there. Great rehearsals last night. The infants were all very well behaved and enjoyed learning their new song. The juniors were sounding amazing. The quality of their singing is getting better all the time. Delighted. Please remember that we are OFF next week for the October holiday. See you all on the 23rd. Caitlin 😊

Immensely proud of these guys. The Seniors learned this song (involving three part harmony) last week in 20 minutes flat! This was the result. Unbelievable!!
Great start to the new term last night. Well done to all of the Wee Singers, both new and returning. Just to let you all know that the infant section is full and we have only 2 places left in both the junior and senior sections so if you know any children that would like to join, please be quick! Our adult choir, Wee Sing Big, also started back last night. What a rehearsal! Well done all. This choir is also almost full so if you have been thinking about joining the choir yourself, please do drop me a line. Looking forward to next week already! 🎵
