Today marks the beginning of mental health awareness week. We often think of the benefits of exercise, in terms of weight loss and body image ideals, which most of us don't resemble! This week, in particular, highlights that we should consider exercise in terms of improving our mood, our confidence and the way we tackle the day ahead. Endorphins release is a great way to tackle a low mood. Wanting to improve your posture, strengthen your core or just generally feel better for exercise? Then why not come to Pilates, tonight, Monday eve 6:45 and 7:45pm. St. John's Ambulance , Earls Barton. Open to men and women, of all abilities. Please message for further info. Julia x
