I’ve not been at work much this week as my youngest is quite poorly -so I’d just like to say a big shout out publicly to the amazing team at Cibo who have been holding the fort and making sure everyone is getting fed. Martin - our chef - there everyday at the crack of dawn holding the reins - Elaine whose lovely smile brightens everyone’s day from very early every morning. Sue - our diamond in the kitchen - amazing cake and scotch egg maker and Karen - who drives our Jiffy van and makes you happy with our scrummy food if you can’t get into the shop. Not forgetting Antonella - always bubbly, fabulously organised and very bossy - but I didn’t say that - and Kate who happily steps up to whatever needs doing when we are short staffed. Our newest recruit is Dragi - he brings you your buffets in our refrigerated vehicle and if it wasn’t for him we’d struggle to get them to you on time. Catering is a hard old game, long hours on your feet - but we’d not do it if we didn’t love it and having a truly fabulous team helps .... thank you to you all.

Back to it after a lovely weekend off - some gorgeous food going out of the door today - sweet chilli chicken kebabs with chicken fillet goujons, salmon and fill tarts, filo tarts with Brie and vegetarian chorizo sausage ... homemade lemon drizzle and delicious carrot cake ... the shop’s ready for you too - I’ll put our menu in the documents so you can all check out the range we do. Over 50 different sandwiches to choose from....
