Fishing report Sunday 11th September Fruitful day despite the weather report 4 anglers aboard the Northeastern left the Marina at 9am an headed for the wrecks before the weather picked up. Cod were taken up to 12lb with ling now increasing in frequency but nothing worth reporting. Pouting appeared scarce this year however Bobby Mawer manage to find one at 2lb which is a cracking size. As the weather picked up we moved in land an fished the ground. Mackerel are still in abundance and the box was filled with ease. Good day had by all but we made the right all for our anglers in Edinburgh, it wasn't worth you making the trip down. Good to see the younguns out too. I see a pattern forming here
Tonight's trip has been cancelled due to building weather conditions.
Thursday night quicky??? 5-8 Thursday 8th September £15 Time to stock up on the mackerel ready for the winter up-tiding which is just around the corner. Can now to book your spot Emma 07958269397

FISHING REPORT 24th AUGUST Tonights the night we've all been waiting for. Full boat tonight including a new young lady. Parting words from dad as I left the deck was "hope she doesn't show me up" She was straight in with a lively 6lb cod followed by a Mahoooisive 23lb ling. She wasn't the only one having a good night with some nice Pollock and cod to follow. Herring and mackerel still abundant and a good night was had by all, weather conditions were ideal when they set out but in a blink of an eye you couldn't see your hand in front if you and your breath hung in the air. Enjoy the slide show.
