For this week only the Pantry Club will be opening on ❗WEDNESDAY❗ evening from 6pm. This is to facilitate and be respectful of the fact that there is a funeral on in the Club on the Tuesday. Normal day and time will resume from next week onwards. Please tell everyone of the change to this weeks schedule as some of our valued members do not have Facebook and we dont want them to miss out because of this. Thank you kindly P.s. IMPORTANT COMMUNITY CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT A team will be coming round High Valleyfield tomorrow (Friday) with a survey form for the Valleyfield Community Club. As most people in the area will know, the Club is in dire need of repair. There has been a National Lottery funding application submitted to try and raise money for refurbishment of the Club and the lottery officials are coming out to interview one of our volunteers to assess how well the club is being used. Volunteers (which includes the committee) are trying their best to raise funds by applying for grants and hosting events etc. but it is difficult, and therefore we would like to appeal to the community of Valleyfield and outer lying areas, to help us demonstrate to the Lottery funders that the community as a whole is strong, connected and behind the Club and the work that we do. Please return the forms that we will give you to the High Valleyfield Coop. If you want to be included in the prize draw, please write your name and telephone number on the form and leave them in the box provided at the Coop. Below is an example of the form that we will be sending out. Thank you for your time 🙂

Due to the adverse weather conditions, we have a leak in our foyer and have decided it is not safe for to continue with tonight's planned evening with Kiwi and the Bandits. We apologise to everyone for the inconvenience. Tonights event is CANCELLED and the Club will be closed for the evening.

Hi. As of next week the rules of the Pantry club will change. From now on one person can only collect one bag for themselves/household. They will be allowed one meat or ready meal. It's only fair that we share. The volunteers that work the Pantry Club try hard to keep things running for you all. Please remember that these volunteers are giving up there free time to help you. The Doors will not open until 6pm next Tuesday.
