Better late than never huh!! Happy new year to everyone! Apologies for being quiet over the past few months but as I'm sure you'll understand learning to juggle 2 kids under 4 has been.......Challenging 😂😂 I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all my customers and all my support throughout 2016! I am absolutely over the moon to announce the final results of my cleanse!! Being a new mummy again means I've fallen into bad habits.. No breakfast, convenient food around 3 o'clock, can upon can of Redbull and snacking in between (mostly bourbons and Oreos 🙈😂) But the worst is not having dinner until 10pm sometimes!! The clean 9 isn't a weight loss programme, it's about introducing Aloe Vera into your system and helping your body to clean out all those nasty toxins but more importantly introducing discipline back into your diet!! So yes with increased water, the support of the C9 and increased exercise (literally a walk a day) I've gratefully lost a whole dress size (google a dress size to give you more accurate figures) and I feel so much more energetic and my skin is glowing! I know that I have so much more to do to be as healthy as I can for the boys but with the help of the cleanse I've managed to kick those nasty habits, making the next step much easier! So although it's the end of the c9, it's really the beginning of a healthier lifestyle for me!! Now to continue operation wedding dress!!! Afternoon everyone!! Ok so I'm not one for posting pictures of meals but seeing it's a large part of the C9 it's a must! I wanted to give a wee tip for those completing the cleanse or those interested!! If you think you'll really struggle to keep your 600 calories for an evening meal, why not split it throughout the day??? Today's lunch - 156 calories!!!! That's including the salad that could be counted as your free food! I might even add some pickled onions or beetroot to build up my calories! This allows me 444 calories for tonight's meal!! (Plus I have a shake still to have!!) I've been bulking my meals with veg or salad!!! Feeling healthier and less bloated already so will definitely be continuing this method!! Xxx

Loved my day with the girls!! Planning our business around our kids and lifestyles! The wonderful Natalie V hosted a great wee catch up and training, not to mention the amazing spread that looked delicious, stayed clear though as operation wedding dress is still on and it's day 6 of my cleanse! So hard work does pay off!!! Up and having a productive morning with my shake!! Still feeling fresh and even finished the kids Christmas and birthday shopping! What got me really excited? I can finally enjoy spending that little extra on Stewart for his Xmas knowing I have some extra pennies coming in (PS4 was his choice of course) love being super organised!! Xxx
