I love seeing clients 4d comparisons!! Especially ones comparing little button noses! Here is a couple I have received this month ❤️👶🏻

When people ask what I do, and I reply I am a Midwife Sonographer the first thing they say is ‘wow what an amazing job you have looking at babies all day’ and for 95% of the time it is. Unfortunately for some women pregnancy doesn’t come easy, some clients need extra support, an unfamiliar face where they can bare their souls in a way they can’t to they’re immediate family and friends. I performed a particularly difficult scan last night for both myself and my client. She needed someone to listen to her, to be upset with her and be kind to her and last night I was that person. This meant my scan list ran a little late unfortunately but I needed to give my client the kindness and empathy she deserved and needed in that moment of time. I am midwife, I am a sonographer but most of all I am someone to talk to when there is no one else you can talk to. As mums, wife’s daughters we need to be kind to ourselves, stop judging ourselves and just be the best person we can be today!! Dx ❤️

Most of you will know my daughter has spent the last 3 months in Florida working with @campamerica69. She told me her flight was due home in two weeks time 🤭 unbeknown to me she lied and had had this little surprise all planned. Best surprise of my life!! Another Sunday, another amazing antenatal class this morning!
