facebook.comPlease see our previous post too. The Loch cafe has been selling bird seed for 50p a bag this past year to try and stop people feeding ducks and swans the wrong food. All the proceeds are being donated to Townhill Community Council . We just donated £300 and here is the lovely Thankyou letter from them. Thankyou to everyone for helping this project . 😄😄

Update Managed to hire a jcb and driver for today 👍👍👍 Back to normal on Wednesday 😀
We will still be closed tomorrow (Tuesday) As you see with the photo I never tried to go down the road any further as it’s not safe and I don’t want to end up in the loch !!
PLEASE SHARE. Does anyone know anyone who can clear the road from the entrance on Main Street Townhill down to the cafe ?? Just been around and it’s a no go area. The council can’t do it as they are so busy with the main routes which is understandable. We need to get opened 😀😀. It’s been a long week snowed in up here. The main road into the village from dunfermline end is ok now. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou Marie 👍😀
We will be closed until Tuesday 6th March. - hopefully by then a thaw will be on ! It’s another world up here. Townhill residents are all rallying together to clear the streets and paths. Myself and my neighbours in townhill have just dug ourselves out too . Thanks to Jonny for offering to help out too !! Tc everyone. See you soon ⛄️☃️

Just ventured outside and walked to cafe. It’s so bad out there. The cafe won’t be opening this weekend. Can’t even see the road and my car and van are still stuck in the drive !! Nightmare !
