Opportunities like this don't come around very often for a wedding cake and boy was this a challenge. But I loved it! I was asked to recreate the Sydney Opera House for Kirsty & Richard who live in Australia and wanted to bring a piece of it back home to Scotland when they got married 2 years ago at Fasque House x

It still amazes me how many people still do this. You get what you pay for and you take that risk when the price is cheap, sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't. Do your research, check their portfolio and make sure the cakes are actually theirs and they can actually do the work!
