BOOGIE EFFECT -
A dance cardio workout designed to burn calories, improve stamina and give your metabolism a massive boost. It is a fun, energizing workout with funky routines and strong dance technique based toning tracks, all set to a soundtrack that makes you want to hit the Dance Floor.
BOOGIE BODY -
A dance based conditioning class, Low impact yet Intense.
Tones and strengthens the whole body using dance based technique with a strong focus on mobility, flexibility and posture development.
BOOGIE HIITs -
A 30 minute dance based HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. Not for the faint hearted, this is a High Energy class where we work in circuits at the peak of our limit followed by shorter recovery times. Designed to BLAST fat, IMPROVE cardiovascular systems and BOOST the metabolism for that wonderful AFTER BURN effect, burning calories for up to 24 hours post workout!!!!
ALL CLASSES HAVE VARIOUS IMPACT OPTIONS MAKING IT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE!

Tuesdays - BOOGIE EFFECT - 7:30-8:15 pm
Tuedays - BOOGIE BODY - 8:20-8:50 pm
Fridays - BOOGIE HIITs - 9:30-10:00 am
PLEASE NOTE: morning classes are child friendly classes so feel free to bring baby/child(ren) along with a bag of toys. They can play while you boogie!
