Hi all, We’ve recently had people we’ve not done any work for, posting false reviews on our FB page (it’s since been rectified). As we’re a small, local business that relies heavily on recommendations from our past and current customers, one bad review can make all the difference in our rating. Could we ask a favour of all our past customers, to post a positive review to help boost our rating, so if we do get false negative reviews again, they won’t make such a significant impact on our recommendation rations. I’d like to thank all that showed concern with this issue. Kind regards, All at Chris Peacock Gardens
