Embody Personal Fitness is a bespoke personal training service based in the Surrey Hills. Whether it’s losing those extra pounds that won’t budge, toning up the wobbly trouble spots, or simply challenging you and your body in new and different ways, I can help you achieve and maintain your personal fitness goals.
I’ve always been passionate and disciplined about my own personal fitness and I love a challenge. This translates to my business – I work closely with my clients to understand their needs, to set tough but achievable goals, then we work closely together to reach them.
I am driven by results, expect hard work but will motivate and inspire you to get where you want to be, whatever the level.
